- Available in most states

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
- New ventures are allowed
- Short and Long Haul Trucking
- Intermodal UIIA endorsement is available
- Target Vehicle Types: Truck Tractors
- Contract and For-Hire truckers
- No agency penalty for submissions that do not fit appetite
UNDERWRITING APPETITE
- WILL write new ventures with experience requirement
- Drivers need at least 1 year of experience and a proper license
- No Dump Trucks
- No Public Transportation
- No Towing Operations
- No Team Driving unless specifically declared and added
- No Hazmat Haulers
Trucking Insurance Program Submission Checklist
- Trucking Application completed fully (or any application with same information)
- Copies of all driver MVRs currently values within last 35 days
- 3 years of Loss run Currently valued within last 35 days
- Copy of the last 4 quarterly IFTA statements, if not all 4 then at least the most recent statement (if not a new venture)
- For new ventures Program requires proof of at least 3 years industry (trucking) experience for an executive of the company
DRIVER & VEHICLE GUIDELINES :
- Vehicle no older than 20 years.
- No major violations in the last 3 years.
- No more than 2 accidents on MVR in the last 3 years.
- No more than 4 total infractions on MVR in the last 3 years.
